Swollen Rivers in NW Slovenia Slowly Subsiding

Bled/Kanal/Kranj/Bohinjska Bistrica, 5 November - Swollen rivers in north-western Slovenia have started to subside after rains ceased during the day. However, water levels are dropping very slowly, as mountain torrents continue to fill the rivers in the valley, Jernej Hudomet, the head of Gorenjsko Civil Protection and Disaster Relief Administration told the STA.
