Flood Waters Recede as River Levels Drop

Ljubljana, 6 November - Flood waters have started receding in western and eastern Slovenia on Tuesday after swollen rivers flooded hundreds of homes, causing huge damage. Nevertheless, the red alarm for high flood risk remains in place for the Sava and Drava river basins, the Environment Agency said Tuesday.
