Court Orders Slovenia to Take Action on LB Savers
Strasbourg, 6 November - The European Court of Human Rights handed down a landmark judgement related to the long-running dispute over Yugoslav-era foreign currency deposits, ruling that Slovenia and Serbia had violated the right to effective legal remedy and the protection of property enshrined in the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
