Relief Effort Under Way as Flood Waters Withdraw

Maribor/Dravograd/Ptuj, 6 November - A massive relief effort is under way in eastern Slovenia Tuesday as locals have been joined by civil protection volunteers and the army to clean up after rivers spilled over on Monday, inundating huge swathes of the country.
