Red Cross, Caritas Start Helping Flood Victims

Ljubljana, 6 November - The Slovenian Red Cross and Caritas launched on Tuesday aid campaigns for the victims of Monday's flooding. Red Cross opened a special account for contributions, while Caritas earmarked EUR 40,000 to help those who need aid most urgently.
