Lawmakers Send Referendum Request to Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 6 November - The National Assembly decided late on Tuesday to petition the Constitutional Court to review the opposition-sponsored motion for a referendum on the Slovenia Sovereign Holding. The court will now have 30 days to deliberate whether the referendum could have unconstitutional consequences.
