Delo says ECHR Ruling Controversial, Could Still Cause Problems

Ljubljana, 8 November - Delo describes the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights in favour of two Bosnian citizens who sued Slovenia for lost savings as "controversial, subjective and biased", but it says it could still cause headaches.
