Commissioner: Budget Dilution Risks Watering-Down CAP Reform

Brussels, 8 November - European Agriculture Commissioner Dacian Ciolos is due in Slovenia on Friday to discuss changes to the EU's common agricultural policy (CAP) amidst heated negotiations on the bloc's upcoming seven-year budget. "A dilution of the budget risks resulting in a dilution of the reform," Ciolos has told the STA in an interview.
