Ljubljana, 11 November - Former Prime Minister Borut Pahor emerged as the winner of Sunday's presidential election, clinching 40% of the vote, with incumbent Danilo Türk tallying 36% and Milan Zver 24%, according to near-final unofficial results released by the National Electoral Commission. Turnout was just over 47%, the lowest on record.
