Economist Mrak Questions Credit Rating Agencies
Ljubljana, 15 November - Economist Mojmir Mrak raised on Wednesday the issue of delayed reactions by credit rating agencies, saying that in the eyes of many this created procyclical effects and further deepened the crisis. "If we do something good in Slovenia today, this will be reflected in a positive credit rating change only after a year and no sooner," he said.
