Govt: Welfare Funds Increasing for Past Decade

Ljubljana, 17 November - Budget funds for welfare have been increasing for the past decade, the government Communications Office said on Saturday as thousands of protesters rallied against the government-proposed reforms, which they claim will abolish the welfare state.
