Abanka Shareholders Endorse EUR 90M Recapitalisation

Ljubljana, 19 November - The shareholders of Abanka Vipa, Slovenia's third largest bank, endorsed on Monday a EUR 90m capital increase with the issue of fresh shares at EUR 4.2 apiece. The recapitalisation will be deemed successful if the bank raises at least EUR 50m.
