Prosecutor General Argues against Changes to Prosecution Act

Ljubljana, 20 November - Zvonko Fišer took over as state prosecutor general in May 2011, when it was clear that (political) change is coming. In an interview with the STA he labels the relations between the prosecution and the Interior Ministry, which is now in charge of the prosecution, as "technically correct", but he opposes the proposed changes to the prosecution act.
