Warrantless Wiretapping Removed from Electronic Communications Bill

Ljubljana, 21 November - The government decided to throw out controversial provisions on warrantless wiretapping as it presented the new bill on electronic communications to parliament in first reading on Wednesday. The bill was rendered fit for further reading in a 66:4 vote on the basis of the promise that it will amended during further parliamentary procedure.
