New EU Budget Proposal Better for Slovenia, but Not Enough

Brussels, 23 November - The new EU budget proposed by European Council President Herman Van Rompuy is a step forward, but is not sufficient, Prime Minister Janez Janša said Friday as he arrived for the continuation of talks on the bloc's 2014-2020 budget.
