No Selective VAT Rise, Higher Duties Instead

Ljubljana, 23 November - The government has decided to withdraw from parliament a bill that would introduce a selective VAT rise and decided to raise duties on fuel, electricity, alcohol and tobacco instead. Moreover, a new tax on sugary drinks is being mulled.
