Večer Says EU Budget Talks Tougher than in 2005

Maribor, 24 November - This time it will be harder to reach an agreement on EU's multi-year budget than it was in 2005, when there was no sign of a financial crisis and Germany was willing to open its wallet, the daily Večer says on Saturday, a day after the first EU summit on the 2014-2020 budget ended without an agreement.
