NKBM Boss Advocates Private Ownership for Bank

Maribor, 25 November - The boss of NKBM, Aleš Hauc, maintains that private ownership would promote development at Slovenia's second largest bank. In an interview with the STA, Hauc also spoke about efforts to solidify capital adequacy with the sale of the NKBM's share in insurer Zavarovalnica Maribor (ZM) and the issue of contingent convertible (CoCo) bonds.
