Defence Insists on Exclusion of Evidence in Patria Trial

Ljubljana, 26 November - After the Ljubljana Local Court rejected the defence's request for exclusion of Austrian and Finnish evidence in the Patria bribery trial about a year ago, Monday's testimony of former Patria representative for Slovenia Reijo Niittynen was an attempt at proving that the evidence collected during a search of his house is invalid.
