NLB Seeks EUR 375M in "Precautionary" Recapitalisation

Ljubljana, 28 November - Slovenia's largest bank, NLB, is seeking a new EUR 375m capital injection, according to the agenda of the bank's shareholders meeting published on Wednesday. The proposal for the new recapitalisation was put forward after Tuesday's session of the bank's supervisory board that reviewed the bank's performance and its capital adequacy.
