Intereuropa's Russian Subsidiary Sold to Unicredit
Koper, 28 November - Logistics group Intereuropa has sold its Moscow-based subsidiary Checkovskiy to Russian company UCTAM LLC RU, which is owned by Italy's Unicredit bank, the logistics group confirmed on Wednesday. The EUR 45m sale is a major breakthrough for the logistics group as the Russian venture nearly ruined the company with huge cost overruns.
