Prices of Used Flats Record Biggest Quarterly Drop Since 2003

Ljubljana, 28 November - Housing prices in Slovenia have dropped in the third quarter of 2012 by an average of 2.6%. The biggest drop was recorded in used homes, especially flats, the prices of which have dropped by as much as 5.1%. The Statistics Office says this was the biggest quarterly drop since 2003, when it started recording the prices of old homes.
