Power Utility Gets New Supervisors; Pays Out Dividend

Ljubljana, 29 November - A regular shareholders' meeting of the state-owned grid operator Eles overhauled the supervisory board and allocated the distributable profit for last year in the amount of EUR 20m for dividends on Wednesday in what a newspaper report indicated was the first in a series of similar moves at power utilities.
