Presidential Run-Off: Turnout at 12% Until 11 AM
Ljubljana, 2 December - Around one in eight voters cast their vote in Sunday's presidential election run-off until 11 AM, which is even less than in the first round of voting on 11 November, when some 14% turned out to vote in the morning, the National Electoral Commission (DVK) said.
