Türk Concedes Defeat, Refrains from Analysis

Ljubljana, 2 December - Incumbent President Danilo Türk conceded defeat to Borut Pahor in Sunday's presidential run-off and congratulated him, but he refrained from analysing the reasons for failing to secure re-election as voters handed a clear victory to his Social Democratic challenger.
