Cultural Institutions Around Slovenia Mark Merry Day of Culture

Ljubljana, 3 December - A number of cultural institutions throughout the country opened their doors on Monday, offering a number of admission-free events as Slovenians celebrate the birthday of Slovenia's greatest poet France Prešeren (1800-849), known as The Merry Day of Culture.
