Supreme Justice and Minister in Exchange over Subjugation Attempts

Ljubljana, 4 December - Supreme Court President Branko Masleša has accused the government of trying to subjugate the judiciary, a claim that Justice Minister Senko Pličanič denied by arguing that every well-intended proposal from the ministry provokes fear of subjugation in the judiciary.
