Večer Says Govt Rushing Through Changes

Maribor, 6 December - The daily Večer says on Thursday that it is nothing wrong if the government understands that it must make most of the changes in the first year of its term if they are to be felt during its time. What is bad is that the speed of producing these changes is such that not even those drafting them know how they will work out.
