Merkur Shareholders to Decide on Modified Recapitalisation

Naklo, 10 December - The shareholders of hardware retailer Merkur will meet on Monday to vote on a modified debt-to-equity conversion plan designed to secure the company's capital adequacy. Creditor banks are to convert between EUR 38.95m and EUR 61.55m of their claims into stock, while writing part of their claims off.
