Sale of Zavarovalnica Maribor Hangs in the Balance, Večer Says

Maribor, 12 December - The contract under which NKBM bank will sells its share in insurer Zavarovalnica Maribor to reinsurer Sava Re hangs very much in the balance as the state-run SOD fund, which serves as an intermediary in the deal, must still get permission from the government, the daily Večer writes on Wednesday.
