Promise of Higher Bonus, Overtime Pay Ends Strike in Gorenje
Velenje, 12 December - A spontaneous strike in household appliance maker Gorenje ended after four hours Wednesday following the management's promised to double the Christmas bonus to 300 euros and start paying overtime. It also said there would be no layoffs as a result of relocation of production to Serbia.
