Higher Court Annuls Verdict on Damages to Janša in Patria Case

Ljubljana, 12 December - The Ljubljana Higher Court has annulled a ruling in line with which Finnish journalist Magnus Berglund and broadcaster YLE would have to pay Democrat (SDS) leader and PM Janez Janša EUR 15,000 in damages over alleged defamation in their reporting on the Patria defence deal, the web portal of Delo said on Wednesday.
