Biathlon: Slovenia's Fak Wins Sprint Event

Pokljuka, 13 December - Slovenia's Jakov Fak won the opening competition of the biathlon World Cup at Pokljuka on Thursday. Without a missed shot, the 25-year-old finished the men's sprint event ahead of Norway's Emil Hegle Svendsen (+0.8/1) and France's Martin Fourcade (+6,1/0).
