Economists Divided on Constitutional Court Ruling
Ljubljana, 19 December - Economists were divided in their response on Wednesday to the decision of the Constitutional Court to ban referenda on the bad bank and sovereign holding acts, with Jože P. Damijan and Matej Lahovnik for instance welcoming it and Jože Mencinger labelling it a disgrace.
