MPs to Send Budget Referendum to Constitutional Court, Ratify TEŠ Loan Guarantee

Ljubljana, 21 December - MPs will decide on whether to subject to a constitutional review a referendum initiative challenging the 2013 budget at an extraordinary session on Friday. They are also expected to ratify Slovenia's loan guarantee agreement with the European Investment Bank (EIB) for a EUR 440m loan for a new generator at the TEŠ coal-fired power plant.
