Slovenia Marks Constitution Day on Sunday

Ljubljana, 22 December - Slovenia will mark the 21st anniversary of its Constitution on Sunday. While this document should be changed as little as possible, representing the fundamental principles of the state, calls for amending the Constitution have been growing stronger.
