Ljubljana, 28 December - It will be predominantly cloudy but mostly dry in Slovenia on Friday morning before it begins clearing up during the day, starting with the north-west. Morning temperatures will range between -2 and 2 degrees Celsius, rising to between 4 and 9 or up to 12 on the coast in the afternoon.
