Administrative Court Throws Out Appeal by Ex-State Secretary

Ljubljana, 29 December - The Administrative Court has thrown out an appeal by former Justice Ministry State Secretary Boštjan Škrlec, who decided to challenge in June the government's annulment of his appointment as director general of the prosecution, weekly Žurnal reports on Saturday.
