Slovenia Requests for EU Solidarity Fund Aid after Autumn Floods

Ljubljana, 2 January - Slovenia filed on Wednesday an official request for aid from the EU solidarity fund to help cover the damage caused in the massive floods that hit the country in late October and early November 2012. The Economic Ministry expects an answer from the EU in the second half of the year.
