Signature Collection Starts for Referendum on New Health Act

Novo Mesto, 3 January - The collection of signatures initiated by Novo mesto Institute for public health boss Dušan Harlander started on Thursday aiming at a referendum against the new health services act, which consolidates the network of public health institutes.
