Insurer Triglav Joins Abanka Capital Hike

Ljubljana, 11 January - Slovenia's leading insurance company, Zavarovalnica Triglav, has started proceedings to subscribe for fresh shares of Abanka Vipa in the amount corresponding to its 25.6% stake in the country's third largest bank, the insurer said. The first stage of the planned EUR 90m capital hike concludes on Friday.
