Higher Court Says Drnovšek Memorial Can Stay

Ljubljana, 15 January - The Ljubljana Higher Court has ruled that the municipality of Zagorje does need to remove the disputed memorial erected to former President Janez Drnovšek (1950-2008). This overturns a ruling by the Trbovlje Local Court in favour of a motion filed by Drnovsek's son, Jaša Drnovšek.
