Panel Agrees Responsible Govt Cannot be Secured in Courts

Ljubljana, 17 January - A panel hosted by the Corruption Prevention Commission on Thursday agreed that court procedures are not the right oversight method for political discretion, proposing instead independent bodies, media and public pressure as the better way to making sure politicians pursue public interest as opposed to dividing up the spoils of power.
