Workers' Reps File for Constitutional Review of Holding Act

Ljubljana, 21 January - The Alliance of Workers' Councils, the council of workers of power utility HSE and the Alliance of Slovenia's Representative Trade Unions have filed for a constitutional review of the act establishing Slovenia Sovereign Holding, arguing that the law does not enable workers' participation in the management of the holding.
