SocDems to Challenge Provisions of SSH, Bad Bank Acts by Month's End
Ljubljana, 22 January - The opposition Social Democrats (SD) announced Tuesday they would petition the Constitutional Court by the end of the month to review individual provisions of the acts establishing the Slovenia Sovereign Holding (SSH) and a bad bank, and request a stay of the implementation of both laws.
