SocDems Leader: Govt Non-Functional, PM Must Resign

Ljubljana, 24 January - Slovenia has an non-functional government and a non-functional parliamentary majority, Social Democrat (SD) president Igor Lukšič told the press on Thursday. "In order to cut the agony short...it would be good if the prime minister resigns" and early elections are called, Lukšič said.
