Two Cable Cars Plunge to Ground at Kanin

Bovec, 25 January - Two cable cars plunged to the ground at Kanin, Slovenia's highest ski slope, after a steel cable slipped from the bullwheel on Friday. The two gondolas were empty and nobody was injured, but a rescue mission was launched to rescue two skiers from one of the gondolas that were brought to a halt after the event.
