Ljubljana, 26 January - It will be clear with some fog in low lying areas on Sunday morning, but clouds are expected to move in from the northwest in the afternoon. It will be cold with morning lows from -14 to -6 degrees Centigrade while daytime highs will range from -2 to 2 inland and up to 7 degrees at the coast.
