Minister Receives Suspicious Mail, Powder Shown to Be Harmless

Ljubljana, 28 January - Interior Minister Vinko Gorenak received a letter Monday morning that contained unidentified powder, the ministry said. Police launched an inquiry but an on-the-spot analysis by the Ljubljana fire brigade showed the powder was not a biological agent.
