Ljubljana, 29 January - The victory of Miloš Zeman in the Czech presidential election came as a relief to the EU, as the unpredictable Vaclav Klaus is saying goodbye. Zeman is more favourable to the EU; after all the Czech Republic did most of the EU accession talks during his term as the prime minister, the daily Delo says on Tuesday.
